It was a great start to 2023 for Westhoughton Cricket Club member Alan Wise when his numbers were drawn out for the second time since joining the WCC/ Lancashireline Lottery.

He first won the £1000 prize in February 2021 when he was presented with a cheque from life member Keith Houghton and Lancashire Lottery organiser Steve Walmsley.

Westhoughton have raised almost £6k for the club through their link up with Lancashire Line so for any members thinking of joining, you not only have a chance of winning £1000 in the weekly draw, you would also be helping your club raise much needed funds as well!

To join the Westhoughton Cricket Club/Lancashireline Weekly Draw all you have to do is fill in the club's direct debit form, available from the club bar, then hand it back to a member of staff.

All money raised from the lottery goes back into club projects.
