Gates will open at 6pm at both our main entrance and rear gate. There will be no parking on site and we recommend where possible that people travel on foot. Pre-booked blue badge holders will have use of St. Georges School car park.

Entry to the event is via ticket however we will still be accepting payment on the gate providing space is available.

Adults £7.50, Kids £5.50.
Payment is recommended by cash, please have the correct amount ready if you can. Card payments will also be taken, however this could be a slow process as were reliant upon the mobile phone network.

Food, outside bars, funfair and glows toys stall will open from 6pm, again we also recommend cash payment for these outlets.

Our outside DJ and MC will be keeping you entertained from 6pm onwards, stand closer if you like Katie Perry, Shabba!

The funfair is suitable for younger children of primary school age.

Entry to site with your own alcohol is strictly prohibited. Anyone found consuming drinks not purchased from WCC will be asked to leave and no refund will be offered.

The firework display will start at approximately 8pm, we reserve the right to start this earlier/later dependent on weather conditions/advice from our professional display team.
