Directions to Westhoughton Cricket Ground

From the North:

From M6, exit junction 30 and follow signs for Manchester onto M61. Exit M61 at junction 5, signposted Westhoughton. Turn right at the roundabout into dual carriageway, Snydle Way. At Chequerbent roundabout keep straight on into Park Road and follow this road for about half a mile. Keep straight on along Cricketers Way, through two sets of traffic lights and drive past where the old ground used to be upto a third set of traffic lights. At this point, turn left onto Wigan Road. Carry on straight down Wigan Road until you reach the next set of traffic lights, at this point, turn left. Once you have turned onto Wearish Lane, take the second left onto the road called ''The Hoskers'' and then follow the road round until you reach Cappacodia Way. You have reached the ground.

From the South:

Exit M6 at junction 22 (signposted Newton and Leigh) turning right at roundabout following signs for Leigh. Continue to follow signs for Leigh, eventually turning right onto a dual carriageway (A580 East Lancashire Road) then come off at next exit following signs for Bolton. Continue to follow signs for Bolton going past Sainsburys then Asda on the left and Hilton Park rugby and football ground on the right. Go straight on along Atherleigh Way before turning left at the junction with Lovers Lane and sign posted Westhoughton. Continue to follow signs for Westhoughton, going through one set of lights and a mini roundabout until you come to some traffic lights at the T-Junction with Cricketers Way. Carry on straight down Wigan Road until you reach the next set of traffic lights, at this point, turn left. Once you have turned onto Wearish Lane, take the second left onto the road called ''The Hoskers'' and then follow the road round until you reach Cappacodia Way. You have reached the ground.
