From The Tyldesleys To The Oval

Keith Houghton followed the move from the emotional last game at the Tyldesleys, to the magnificent new surroundings of St George's Oval. Keith took his trusty camera to follow the move and also record the progress of the Sainsbury's build -so enjoy a look back at how it all unfolded.
The very last game to be played at the Tyldesleys Cricket Ground on Cricketers Way, Westhoughton on Sunday 16th August 2009 was a league game between Westhoughton's 1st Xl and Bradshaw. This attracted a larger than average crowd who came to witness this momentous occasion.
